About Me

this is a work in progress as am i — please COMMENT where you think i could polish this a bit more… YES – It’s me writing about ME- ain’t it so hard writing about yo`self?

Thanks for visiting…

Around the end of my senior year in high school, I got a phone call from a distant uncle who asked, “so kid, i heard you are good with computers” ….

Right there was the beginning of a U-Turn.

Fast forward, I had ended up flunking out of high school due to many absences and not staying in class. I was bored. SO BORED! How could I stay focused in high schooo when I was working with a Start-up in Providence. The excitement, pressure, the thinktank and culture of violent execution was simply addicting.

That Culture in Violent Execution of Tasks was much more alluring than fighting to stay awake in 12th grade while being lectured on Martin Luther King for the umpteenth time.

Perhaps, if more girls were chasing me those days I would have stayed on the college path. I did have a full scholarship to Hofstra University as a pre-med admission.

So, over three years, I had a great time being part of a company that simply brokered guard services. They started from pen and paper then piloting and implementing electronic business processes.

We could understand thed fundamental basic business needs, and then implement the technology to further enable the business’s objectives. Practical Technology if you will.

Large Dose of Adolescence, downed with a growing fury of Entrepreneur ism and unfortunate Opportunism, took me on a path exiting that uncle’s Business. I left my uncle’s company on the promising sound of a career as a Mortgage Broker, commission only… My FIRST Sales Job.

This Mortgage Broker gig totally changed my life. It showed me that everything is really up to you. If you want to sell one deal a month, so be it, you will settle for that commission. If you want to earn big, the sky is the limit. Through expensive experience, it taught me a lot about myself, what I was and what I was not.

Four years as a Mortgage Broker, strictly on commission, gave a great sense of freedom. So much so, that I started chasing women in far away lands over the internet until I fell for one cutie in Cavite Philippines.

And this bring us to present-day… I am in Manila Philippines with a great deal of learned experience in realizing that successful business is directly proportional with the amount of happiness it creates! Fortunately also, I can communicate with technical people, and also non-technical newbies, This I am very grateful for.
